Coming by Air

East Midlands Airport is about 17 miles from us, and Birmingham Airport about 28 miles. Stansted Airport is further away, but served by a regular direct train to Leicester. Heathrow Airport is about 100 miles south - but served by a coach service to Leicester city, from where there is a local bus service (Arriva 153) to Desford.

By road

We are 5 minutes drive from junction 22 (if driving south) or junction 21A (if driving north) of the M1 motorway. We have onsite parking.

By Train

Eurostar services from Paris and Brussels arrive at London St Pancras. An adjoining platform has regular trains to Leicester, which generally take an hour. The rail station is a ten minute walk from the bus station, where there is a local bus service (Arriva 153) to Desford.
